Windham Custom Home's 1998 Parade Home was the first house in Colorado to be certified by the American Lung Association to meet their Health House Advantage standards. The Health House program was developed by the American Lung Association of Minnesota as a national education program designed to help you make informed choices to improve your home's indoor environment. These standards emphasize indoor air quality as part of ALA's nationwide campaign to reduce illness through quality construction methods.
